Designed and created specifically for packaging burrata and/or delicate products. The forming and sealing group of the inclined bag, along with the addition of a feeding hopper and product guiding system, prevents damage during the dropping phase.

• Frame on four anti-vibration feet, adjustable in height with a 150 mm variation, designed to make the controls more accessible and the working position more ergonomic, as well as to facilitate cleaning operations.
• Stainless steel forming tube with a quick-release system for fast format changes, custom-built.
• Possibility to work with various types of heat-sealable plastic film.
• The PLC control allows for quick, simple, and intuitive programming of functions and “recipes” via a color touch screen display, with the possibility of remote connection for tele-assistance.
• Temperature control of the sealing bars via electronic temperature controllers, displayed with alarms for anomalies, capable of monitoring even the slightest temperature variation.
• Film feeding through self-centering belts, automatic alignment and disengagement from the forming tube with pneumatic movement.
• Motorized spool holder with pneumatic expansion.
• Electronic film brake made through an electric motor and sensors that monitor the film tension with adjustable settings.
• In the inclined mode, it automatically packages fragile and delicate products without damaging them, using a geared motor.
• In the Servo version, the movements are powered by motors that provide high speed, reliability, and make the use of this machine extremely versatile.
• Easy sanitization: In the Full-stainless steel version AISI 304 (also available in AISI 316L), all cleaning, sanitizing, washing, and maintenance operations are quick and straightforward.
